This is a late review. I am a owner of the CAPTAIN digital lock and gate package. I was assisted by Zarren from IMM. She is very detailed and explain very well. Helped me understand how to use as a first time user. She is very caring to her customers always ensure that I do not forget what I need to know when I have questions. She is very approachable and very nice to talk to. Makes me feel like talking to a friend rather than a sales person. Post sales and almost one year on and she will always be efficient and prompt when I need help. I have made a second purchase for my new house already and looking forward to her service when my new house comes.

The face recognition feature works very smoothly, and is very easy to set up. A very worthwhile investment, includes all the other functions of a digital lock and at a similar price. Was very lucky to have found this product. Great customer service as well and fast delivery. Highly recommended!
