I came across CAPTAIN automated laundry rack in IMM shopping mall. I chose premiun model D9-150 , the 2.4m length straight poles, very strong , love the heater and UV functionality , I don't need to worry in rainly days. The machine is easy operation , the installer came on time and very professional . Strongly recommend!

Bought this during August, Indeed a well-invested product that you should purchase instead of getting a dryer. Not only does it come with a hot temperature fan for drying out your clothes, but it also includes cooler fans and light which is even brighter than existing kitchen lights. Now I'm fully utilised as I'm placing it in the kitchen ( old resale flat ) whereby previously I needed to dry my clothes outdoor and always worry about raining weather. Having an inconsiderate neighbour who lived above me smokes outside the kitchen window causing the ashes to fall on our clothes. And it has motored function-able to level it up and down based on your height. We don't need to use poles to dry up or out our clothes. Is very tiring when it comes to drying heavy and large clothing/ blankets, especially for our elderly at home. We no longer need to face such situations anymore. The enquiries and customer service is TOP NOTCH, very responsive and quick. And also the well professional technician that set up the product. Splendid service! So many benefits to getting a CAPTAIN automated laundry system. Truly satisfied with the purchase !!

The delivery came as scheduled and installation was also quick and on time. The installer communicated with us where the best spot for the installation is but also gave us different spots to consider before he started on his work, which we really appreciate. All the features works wonderfully and performance is beyond satisfactory. I especially like the heater feature, which could dry my laundry in a few hours even on rainy days. Came across Captain when looking for an automated laundry rack for my house in replacement of the manual one at home. This model came with all the features I wanted and a beautiful colour as well. Got it installed in the service yard and fits perfectly well with the space. Everything works wonderfully as expected, especially during gloomy days when I can have my clothes dry within a few hours. Super user friendly as well, very straight forward to operate. Great system, will recommend to friends and family when I get the chance to!

Firstly, a great appreciation to our installer whom came n fixed our D9-150. Very pro n efficient. Next, this is a Must Have item in every household. Sad to remove old bamboo poles but moving on foward for improvement is a win-win overall. A beautiful masterpiece n very handy. We have tried even with a thick King Size bed cover n thick blanket. Normally, we placed them outside to get some heat n wind hopefully can settled ie before evening. Now, with the functions available, it took 3hrs etc to reach such result. Best, its indoor. Safe, clean, time saver n convenient. A Must-Have equipment in every household! CAPTAIN is the one! Thank you!
