We offer free on-site measurement to ensure the fit of the system in your home. Each 30-minute session will receive a site measurement advice on the recommended system based on the space and power source available. 

All-Inclusive Warranty 

All our systems include on-site warranty coverage of 2 years for parts and 5 years for the motor. We also offer extended warranties ($100/$299) which cover 3 years for parts and 5 years for the motor.

All-Inclusive Delivery 

Both delivery and installation occur in the same booking and are on a first-come-first-serve basis. No additional charges are placed if you were to reschedule your delivery date within a year from the date of purchase.

Usually, installations would last 1-2 hours long depending on the job complexity. Regardless of the type of installation (e.g. concrete ceiling, outdoor balcony, false ceiling), no installation charges would be incurred. 

All-Inclusive Power Connection

Power connection of the automated laundry system depends on the power source nearby. We will make the best choice for you to connect power source either from the ceiling or from the wall.
