I got the CAPTAIN stainless retractable laundry rack for my Singapore balcony. The quality is excellent and feels really sturdy. The installation was done promptly by their team. Best part is they cleaned up everything neatly after finishing the installation. Highly recommend this laundry rack for HDB, condo or landed homes in Singapore!

Great customer/sales service with details explanation on different type of models. The 2 uncles who came for installation are very professional and experience. They help to dismantle the existing laundry rack. They did it in very neat and clean manner, and not much cleaning work required after installation. Overall, very satisfied and happy with the purchase and services.

The process of the installation was smooth, and the staff was willing to consider our needs and make the necessary adjustment during the installation. The use of CAPTAIN has help in drying our cloths easily and conveniently
